Chevy Revs Up The Comedy With New Ads

Chevrolet has taken a new approach to their ads, and have started an "Office" spoof mini series. "Under the Blue Arch" is a comedic series surrounding the lives of members of a Chevy dealership who go through day-to-day dealership experiences, but with the twist of a mockumentary TV series. You can check out all of them on the official youtube page, or you can take a look at the first episode below.

“Under the Blue Arch” is a comedic series that follows eight fictional characters around during their day-to-day operations at a Chevrolet dealership, and if you think this concept sounds all-too familiar, you’re right. Randall Einhorn, director of hit shows including “Modern Family” and “It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia,” directed the string of advertisements for the new ad campaign, which mimics the mockumentary style of another Einhorn-directed television show, “The Office.”
Off-the-wall characters range from a former radio host turned salesman to the top-selling single mom. Other quirky characters include: Tom, “the boss”; Kyle, “the new guy”; and Rich, the “top gun,” but you can meet the rest of the characters by visiting http://www.facebook.com/UndertheBlueArch, or watching the video below.
